Important to note before exchanging your swimsuit


Your Hoaka must be returned and exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Please note that your swimsuit should not have been worn, used or washed. If we receive a swimsuit that is not in its original condition we will not accept it and it will be returned to you at your own cost.


If the size or the model of the swimsuit you have received does not fit as expected, do not worry! You can exchange it for a different size, model as well as colour by following the below instructions.

  2. Go in your order history by clicking on the account icon.
  3. Click on the order number of the swimsuit that does not fit.
  4. Click on Download PDF to Download your invoice and print the invoice.
  5. Write on the invoice ‘’Exchange’’

NO

  1. Login to your Hoaka Swimwear account on our website
  2. Go in your order history by clicking on the account icon.
  3. Find the order number of the swimsuit that does not fit
  4. Take a paper and note on it the order number as well as your name and your email address, also write ‘’Exchange’’.

You now need to send us back the piece (s) that you wish to exchange.

(we do not supply any return labels since a lot of countries where we ship cannot provide return labels for an international destination).


 

To send it back, we advise that you send it back in a large envelope (boxes will be more expensive to send than an envelope). Inside the package, you need to include the swimsuit that does not fit as well as either the invoice you just printed or the paper where you wrote your information in step 1.

When your package is ready, go to your local post office. Make sure before sending your package that there will be no additional fee charged to us since we will have to refuse any package that comes with an additional fee. (Private companies such has Fedex, UPS or DHL charges us additional fees which will result in us refusing the package if you use these companies).


At the post office, you will need to fill out a custom declaration. In this form, you need to indicate that the contents of your package is : SWIMSUIT - ESTONIAN GOODS RETURNED TO ESTONIA.

Once your package is sent, you will need to wait for us to receive it before moving on to the next steps.




When we will receive your swimsuit, we will first verify that it meets our standards. Once that is confirmed, you will receive an email with a code to use to reorder the new size you need on our website.

You will need to go back on our website, log in to your account and add to your cart what you want to receive in exchange. If you sent us back 1 bottom, you need to select one new bottom that you want and add it to your cart. If you sent us back 1 top, you need to select one new top that you want and add it to your cart. If you sent us back a complete set, you need to select one new complete set and add it to your cart. Once you have added what you need to your cart, you need to checkout. While checking out, you need to use the promo code given to you by email for your exchange order to be free. You need to complete the checkout process.


If you only sent us back one top, it is important that the new order you create only contains one top otherwise it will automatically be cancelled. Once your exchange order has been created, our team will review your request and if it is approved your order will be prepared within 5 business days and the shipping time varies according to your country.


If the product that you want is currently out of stock, you can either wait for it to be back in stock or you can also choose to order a different product.
