Important to note before exchanging your swimsuit
Your Hoaka must be returned and exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Please note that your swimsuit should not have been worn, used or washed. If we receive a swimsuit that is not in its original condition we will not accept it and it will be returned to you at your own cost.
If the size or the model of the swimsuit you have received does not fit as expected, do not worry! You can exchange it for a different size, model as well as colour by following the below instructions.
Preparing what you need to send us
Take a sheet of paper and write the following information :
- Your order number (You can find your order number on the invoice which you have received by email)
- Buyer's name which you entered while placing your order.
- Your email address.
- "Exchange" (that will allow us to know right away what to do with your order when we receive it).
Take the swimsuit that you need to send back to us - it should be in its original condition we will not accept any swimsuit that has been worn or washed.
*Important note* If you’ve purchased one of the following models after January 13, 2019, it cannot be exchanged since it is liquidation. We can give you store credit if the one you’ve purchased does not fit (Ryu Khaki, Coco Royal, Maui Red, Lyly Shiny Grey, Daph Khaki, Julia Royal Velvet, Oasis Lemon, Milay Pink, Jade Red, Ally Nude)
Sending us back your swimsuit.
Inside the package, you need to include the swimsuit that does not fit as well as the paper where you wrote your information.
When your package is ready, go to your local post office. Make sure before sending your package that there will be no additional fee charged to us since we will have to refuse any package that comes with an additional fee. (DO NOT USE private companies such as Colissimo, FedEx, UPS or DHL. They charge us additional fees which will result in us refusing the package if you use these companies).
To send it back, we advise that you send it back in a large envelope (boxes will be more expensive to send than an envelope). You are responsible for sending back the swimsuit to us. We advise that you ask for a tracking number to be able to follow your package, we are not responsible for any lost packages.
At the post office, you will need to fill out a customs declaration. In this form, you need to indicate that the contents of your package are: SWIMSUIT - ESTONIAN GOODS RETURNED TO ESTONIA. This information needs to be on the package (not inside).
Note: (we do not supply any return labels since a lot of countries where we ship cannot provide return labels for an international destination).

Once your package is sent, you will need to wait for us to receive it before moving on to the next steps.
When we will receive your swimsuit, we will first verify that it meets our standards. Once that is confirmed, you will receive an email with a code to use to reorder the new size you need on our website.
You will need to go back to our website and add to your cart what you want to receive in exchange. If you sent us back 1 bottom, you need to select one new bottom that you want and add it to your cart. If you sent us back 1 top, you need to select one new top that you want and add it to your cart. If you sent us back a complete set, you need to select one new complete set and add it to your cart. Once you have added what you need to your cart, you need to check out. While checking out, you need to use the promo code given to you by email for your exchange order to be free. You also need to use the same email address as the one you used when placing your first order. You need to complete the checkout process.
If you only sent us back one top, it is important that the new order you create only contains one top otherwise it will automatically be canceled. Once your exchange order has been created, our team will review your request and if it is approved your order will be prepared within 5 business days and the shipping time varies according to your country.
If the product that you want is currently out of stock, you can either wait for it to be back in stock or you can also choose to order a different product.
If you would like to get a refund for your swimsuit, there are a few conditions that need to be met in order to be eligible for a refund
- Your swimwear should not have been worn or washed
- Your swimwear should be in its original condition
- All returns must be sent back within 30 days of reception
It is important to note that the shipping cost will be deducted from the amount we refund. E.g., if you paid €60 for your swimsuit and €12 for shipping, then we will refund €60.
To get a refund, you need to return the swimsuit to our warehouse in Estonia. The cost incurred to return the swimsuit is not covered nor refunded by us. We advise that you send your swimsuit back to us with a tracking number since Hoaka does not assume responsibility for compensation in the event that a return package is lost.
Please include a paper with your name, phone number and order number in the package as well as a written statement that you want to have a refund.

Important note : For refunds of only one item of a complete set, you might have noticed when you buy a complete set, you get a better price than if you buy a separate top and a separate bottom. If you purchased a complete set but decide to only keep one of the piece of the set. The piece that you want to keep will no longer be considered as a set and therefore does not apply for the discounted price anymore. You will be refunded the difference between the complete set and the price of the piece sold separately that you want to keep.
